Director of New Analyst Program

Michigan Sport Consulting Group

September 2019 - Present

  • Mentored underclassmen through the New Analyst Program, presented 7 modules covering various professional development areas such as resume building, public speaking, slide deck preparation, and Microsoft and Google Suite, delivered 12 fully prepared Analysts to the club for future project work with clients

  • ​Created and delegated plan of action for formal yearly event, planned social and full club gatherings to increase club bonding, restructured feedback cycle to better communication between analysts and project managers, designed mission, values, and long-term goals for the club, saw most active member participation in club’s history

  • Project Manager with client, FlingGolf, provided a full restructure of campus ambassador program targeted at college demographic and social media promotion, organized a blueprint for tailgate activations to be held at golf courses nationwide, with recommendations FlingGolf saw $1 million in sales after their debut on “Shark Tank”

  • Directed talent acquisition team, strategized marketing plan and communication between club and potential new members, held virtual mass meetings and interviews over the course of the several week recruiting process, made final decisions on new analysts that resulted in 2 qualified programs of 6 and 11 members

  • Analyst under nationwide sports media client, Intersport, developed Detroit-themed culture, innovation, and sport focused festival to be held at Ford Field, performed market research on prevalent sectors of event planning space to target sponsors for event, shaped booth layout of 19 activations to be used throughout 3-day festival

Junior Golf Metro Operations Intern

Northern Texas PGA

Summer 2021

  • Traveled throughout the DFW Metroplex to operate junior golf tournaments, handled on-site communication between golf course, players, and spectators, acted as a Rules Official, starter, and scorer throughout each of the 30 Prep and Medalist Tour events run throughout the summer via the NTPGA Junior Golf Foundation

  • Functioned in several roles for professional events held by NTPGA, including the Eastern Championship, Texas Women’s Open, and Texas State Open, followed prioritized groupings to update live leaderboard for spectators, supplied water and ice to coolers around the tournaments during 100+ degree days

  • Worked in the nationally recognized junior golf event, “Drive, Chip, and Putt”, set up an array of tents, sponsorship material, and station regulations, scored event in each of the three respective stations, successfully sent 1 qualifying player from each age division to represent North Texas at the regional finals in Oklahoma

Summer 2020

  • Headed statewide expansion into new markets of Arizona, South Carolina, and Washington, built foundational athlete databases in these new markets highlighting untapped talent, divided states into regions to ease travel on recruiters, formed environment for clear communication between 3 new states and EFN’s clients for future use

  • Established relations with local Florida high school football coaches, traveled to 4 top high schools to interview players and coaches to foster a connection between EFN and the programs, wrote 19 articles to be published on EliteFootballNetwork.com covering the top level of talent through given expansion states

  • Created nationwide marketing plan for social media campaign, evaluated competitor’s media to enhance EFN’s current marketing plan, integrated previous EFN branding in new relaunch of recruiting camp circuit, implemented research on flagship nation-wide camp circuit that travels to 13 cities outlined by my recommendations

  • Entered a key amount of data into the intern-led data analytics project, applied out-of-the-box ways to quantify data drawn by project to accumulate advanced metrics to be used and monetized by database sector of EFN, increased EFN’s value while logging over 350 individual players’ journey from high school to the NFL

American Junior Golf Association

Braselton, GA

Summer 2022

  • Worked on a team of 8 fellow interns to set-up, manage, and break-down 11 nationally recognized junior golf tournaments, traveled around the country with 3 company vehicles and trailer, drove over 6,000 miles through 15 states, achieved mission of providing recruiting space for collegiate golf programs to contact our players

  • Operated as Rules Official, starter, and scorer during tournament rounds, assigned hole locations for each of the tournament days, raised funds for Ace Grant foundation through junior-am tournament days that resulted in up to $5,000 per team for the benefit of junior golfers suffering from financial hardship while seeking college golf

  • Activated national and supplemental tournament partnerships such as TaylorMade, Adidas, BioLyte, Body Armor, and Under Armor, represented national sponsor Flight Scope at each location, demonstrated Mevo+ product during practice rounds to increase sales while integrating Bushnell sponsorship for Long Drive Championship
